Official Rules
FEES
1. Each team owner
will buy his team for $100 (due on draft day).
2. A $1 fee will be
charged for the following transactions: Trade (each franchise). To waive a
player, to sign a free agent, or put someone on IR. (Your player must be listed
as "out" to put him on IR.)
3. All fees are put
in the pot. They will be paid out as follows: (these numbers are approximate
based on an 12 team league)
Total pot $1140
DIVISIONS
Teams will be
assigned divisions based on the first draw for draft position Teams
1,4,7,10 will be Morons, teams 2,5,8,11 will be Idiots and teams 3,6,9,12 will
be Imbiciles.
DIVISION
CAPTAINS
Each division will
appoint a captain; these captains along with the commissioner will be involved
in any major decision the league makes (disallowing a trade, approving claimed
players after week 10, removing someone’s sorry ass from the league etc.)
TRADING PLAYERS
1. Players may be
traded between franchises; the league fee is $1 per owner per player traded. Any
other arrangements made between the owners will be handled outside the pot. The
owner that initiates the trade can be asked by the other owner to pay the trade
fees.
2. After any trade
the team must be left with no more or less than 16 players.
3.Trades are made
between the owners; the league must be notified before the line-ups are called
in for that week.
These may be done on Tuesday or Wednesday only.
4. The deadline
for all trading is October 23rd

WAIVERS
1. At any time during
the season you may waive a player; the fee is $1.
2. The player goes
back into the free agent pool and may be picked up by another team.
3. Player's put on
waivers after week 10 cannot be picked up without League approval.
League approval consists of a vote from the commissioner and each of the three
captains of the divisions.
FREE AGENTS
1. After waiving a
player you must go to the free agent pool each player is $1.
2. Free agents may be
picked up only on Tuesday's
and Wednesday's.
3. If more than one
team wants the same free agent, the team highest on the *waiver list receives
the free agent. This only applies to same day transactions.
*Waiver list will be
based on first round draft positions 12-1. The team selecting will then drop to
the end of the waiver list.
INJURED RESERVE
1. If you have a
player that is listed as "out" you may place that player on IR. This
player does not return to the free agent pool. He must return back to your
lineup if he is listed as anything other than "out".
STARTING LINEUP
1. Each week you will
call or email your lineup to the commissioner, your starting lineup must consist
of the following positions:

2. Email your lineup
in to the commissioner ([email protected]).
If there is a Thursday or Saturday game you only need to call in the players who
are playing that night, the rest of your line up must be called in prior to the
kickoff of the Sunday games
3. If you do not
email your line up in, the one you used for the previous week will be used. If
you have players playing on Thursday or Saturday and you fail to call your
lineup and those players were started the week before, they must be started
again.
PLAYOFFS
1. The regular season
will run through week 14 of the NFL regular season, weeks 15,16,17 will be
playoff weeks.
2. 8 teams will make
the playoffs, 3 division winners will go regardless of their record and will be
seeded 1-3, the next 5 best records will go as wildcards and will be seeded 1-5.
